1. Initial Inquiry

Contact me via the form below, email, or phone to discuss your photography needs (e.g., event, portrait, or commercial shoot). Please include your preferred date, location, and session details.

2. Consultation & Confirmation

I’ll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm availability and finalize details. Once we agree on the scope, I’ll send you a booking contract with the session fee and terms.

3. Deposit Payment

To secure your slot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Payment can be made via bank transfer or [insert preferred payment method, e.g., PayNow, PayPal]. Your booking is confirmed only after the deposit is received.

4. Photoshoot Day

We’ll proceed as planned at the agreed location and time. If the weather isn’t favorable (e.g., heavy rain or storms), we can negotiate an alternative plan—either rescheduling to a new date or adjusting the shoot to an indoor location, based on mutual agreement.

5. Entrance Fees (If Applicable)

If the chosen location requires an entrance fee (e.g., Universal Studios Singapore), the customer is responsible for covering the photographer’s entry fee in addition to the session cost. This ensures I can accompany you and capture your moments.

6. Final Payment

The remaining 50% of the fee is due after the photoshoot is completed. Payment should be made within [insert timeframe, e.g., 3 days] via the same method used for the deposit.

7. Photo Delivery

Within 24 hours of the session, you’ll receive a Google Drive link with all the high-resolution photos. You’ll have access to download and share them as needed.

Notes

1. Rescheduling due to weather is subject to my availability and must be mutually agreed upon.

2. Entrance fees for the photographer must be paid by the customer prior to or on the shoot day.

3. Edits or special requests (e.g., retouching) can be arranged for an additional fee—just let me know!
